Sports Clean Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Sports Cleans Pty Ltd Web Shop. The following information sets out the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy

1. Processing your Order

An email confirmation is sent to your email address after placing you order. Please keep this email as proof of your purchase.

2. Shipping Processing Time

Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping.

After your payment is authorised and verified, all orders processed within 5 business days. We will contact you should there be any delays.

3. Shipment Locations

Sports Clean Pty Ltd does not ship internationally at this time. We ship anywhere in Australia.

4. Shipment delivery rates

Our delivery charges are based on the weight of the products you buy, so will vary from product to product.

5. Shipment delivery estimates

We endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible. Once your order is placed, and estimated delivery time will be provided to you. Delivery times are estimates and commence from date of shipment, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order.

6. Tracking Options

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you’ll receive an email update including full tracking details so you can check the progress on the relevant courier’s website.

7. Missing or Lost Packages

Contact our customer service team info@sportsclean.com.au and we’ll be able to find out what went wrong with your original delivery, what items you’re missing and send out everything you need to complete your order. Please have your order number handy when you get in touch.

8. Damages

Unfortunately, some items may experience some turbulence on their way to you. Not to worry though, if there are any parts of the item itself damaged or missing, please contact us our customer service team via info@sportsclean.com.au
