We work primarily on planned preventative maintenance. One-off reactive repairs are available for contract clients when unexpected situations arise, such as storm damage or preparation for a major event.

Every surface is different. Frequency depends on the type of surface, usage levels, surrounding environment, and condition. We assess your facility and recommend a program that suits your needs and budget. As a general guide, high-use facilities require more frequent servicing than lower-use surfaces.

We start with a site inspection and a conversation about your facility’s usage patterns and budget. From there, we design a program with scheduled visits across the year. 

You receive a service report after every visit. We review and, when necessary, adjust the program over time as we build knowledge of your surface.

After every visit, you receive a written service report with photos documenting the work completed and relevant comments on your surface, along with any recommendations for follow-up work or repairs. Over time, these reports build a maintenance history for your facility that supports compliance and insurance, and audits.
